Background :This gene encodes a ligand-activated transcription factor that shares structural features in common with nuclear hormone receptor family members. This protein functions as a receptor for bile acids , and when bound to bile acids , binds to DNA and regulates the expression of genes involved in bile acid synthesis and transport. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
Product :1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :NR1H4 Mouse monoclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NR1H4 protein.
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
