Background :Acetyl lysine is a post-translational modification (PTM) on histone and non-histone proteins. Acetylation of lysine residues neutralizes the positive charge of the epsilon-amino group, affecting chromatin compaction and protein function, and is dynamically regulated by acetyltransferases and deacetylases.

Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
