Product Name :KCNH3 polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human, Mouse, Rat
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000), IHC (1/50 - 1/200)
Background :Voltage-gated inwardly rectifying potassium channel KCNH3: Pore-forming (alpha) subunit of a voltage-gated inwardly rectifying potassium channel . Charactherized by a fast rate of activation during depolarization followed by a rapid inactivation at much more depolarized value causing inward rectification due to a C-type inactivation mechanism . Exhibits a rapid recovery from inactivation
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes endogenous levels of KCNH3 protein
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
