Product Name :ENTPD8 polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human, Mouse, Rat
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000)
Background :Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 8: Canalicular ectonucleoside NTPDase responsible for the main hepatic NTPDase activity . Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs) and diphosphates (NDPs) . The enzyme sequentially removes phosphate groups in two successive steps, converting NTPs to nucleoside monophosphates (NMPs) via NDP intermediates . This activity contributes to the regulation of extracellular levels of nucleotides . Hydrolyzes ATP, UTP, ADP, and UDP and prefers triphosphonucleosides and adenine over uracil as substrates . Does not hydrolyzes AMP
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
