Product Name :PTER polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human, Mouse, Rat
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000)
Background :N-acetyltaurine hydrolase that regulates feeding by catalyzing the hydrolysis of N-acetyltaurine into taurine and acetate . N-acetyltaurine has anorexigenic and anti-obesity effects that are dependent on GFRAL receptor and GDF15 (By similarity). PTER also acts on other N-acetyl amino acids (Met, Ile, Leu, Val) and N-propionyltaurine, but at lower rates (By similarity)
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes endogenous levels of PTER protein
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Name :Phosphotriesterase-related protein; Parathion hydrolase-related protein; hPHRP
Immunogen :A synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of human PTER.
Modification :Unmodification
