Product Name :TMEM106A polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human, Mouse, Rat
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000)
Background :Transmembrane protein 106A: Activates macrophages and polarizes them into M1-like macrophages through the activation of the MAPK and NF-kappaB signaling pathway. Upon activation, up-regulates the expression of CD80, CD86, CD69 and MHC II on macrophages, and induces the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF, IL1B, IL6, CCL2 and nitric oxide (By similarity). May play a role in inhibition of proliferation and migration
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes endogenous levels of TMEM106A protein
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Name :Transmembrane protein 106A
Immunogen :A synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of human TMEM106A.
