Product Name :ARHGAP29 polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human, Mouse, Rat
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000)
Background :Rho GTPase-activating protein 29: GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state. Has strong activity toward RHOA, and weaker activity toward RAC1 and CDC42. May act as a specific effector of RAP2A to regulate Rho. In concert with RASIP1, suppresses RhoA signaling and dampens ROCK and MYH9 activities in endothelial cells and plays an essential role in blood vessel tubulogenesis
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes endogenous levels of ARHGAP29 protein
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Name :PARG1; Rho GTPase-activating protein 29; PTPL1-associated RhoGAP protein 1; Rho-type GTPase-activating protein 29
Immunogen :A synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of human ARHGAP29.
Modification :Unmodification
