Product Name :SULT1C3 polyclonal antibody
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000)
Background :Sulfotransferase 1C3: Sulfotransferase that utilizes 3'-phospho-5'-adenylyl sulfate (PAPS) as sulfonate donor. Has sulfotransferase activity towards various substrates, such as bile acids, thyroid hormones and toward xenobiotic compounds such as chloro phenols and hydroxypyrenes. Lithocholic acid appears to be the best substrate among the endogenous compounds tested and 3,3',5,5'-tetrachloro-4,4'-biphenyldiol shows the highest specific activity among the xenobiotic compounds
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
