Product Name :GNPTG polyclonal antibody
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000)
Background :N-acetylglucosamine-1-phosphotransferase subunit gamma: Non-catalytic subunit of the N-acetylglucosamine-1-phosphotransferase complex, an enzyme that catalyzes the formation of mannose 6-phosphate (M6P) markers on high mannose type oligosaccharides in the Golgi apparatus. Binds and presents the high mannose glycans of the acceptor to the catalytic alpha and beta subunits (GNPTAB). Enhances the rate of N-acetylglucosamine-1-phosphate transfer to the oligosaccharides of acid hydrolase acceptors
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
