Product Name :FMO6P polyclonal antibody
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000)
Background :Putative dimethylaniline monooxygenase [N-oxide-forming] 6: Member of the flavin-containing monooxygenase (FMO) family of NADPH-dependent monooxygenases, which catalyze the oxygenation of nucleophilic heteroatom-containing compounds such as xenobiotics and drugs. In humans, FMO6 is unlikely to encode a functional monooxygenase due to defective transcript processing and the presence of truncating variants. No enzymatic activity has been demonstrated for the human protein
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes endogenous levels of FMO6P protein
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
