Background :CRIPAK (cysteine-rich PAK1 inhibitor) is an inhibitor of PAK1 (p21-activated kinase 1) that binds to and negatively regulates PAK1 kinase activity. By modulating PAK1 signaling, CRIPAK influences cell migration, proliferation and survival, and has been implicated in tumor biology and chemoresistance.

Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.

Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
