Product Name :CTDP1 polyclonal antibody
Applications :WB, IHC, FC
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000), IHC (1/50 - 1/200), FC (1/10 - 1/50)
Background :RNA polymerase II subunit A C-terminal domain phosphatase: Processively dephosphorylates 'Ser-2' and 'Ser-5' of the heptad repeats YSPTSPS in the C-terminal domain of the largest RNA polymerase II subunit. This promotes the activity of RNA polymerase II. Plays a role in the exit from mitosis by dephosphorylating crucial mitotic substrates (USP44, CDC20 and WEE1) that are required for M-phase-promoting factor (MPF)/CDK1 inactivation
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes endogenous levels of CTDP1 protein.
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Name :FCP1; RNA polymerase II subunit A C-terminal domain phosphatase; TFIIF-associating CTD phosphatase
Immunogen :A synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-terminal region of human CTDP1.
Modification :Unmodification
