Background :Aftiphilin: Component of clathrin-coated vesicles . Component of the aftiphilin/p200/gamma-synergin complex, which plays roles in AP1G1/AP-1-mediated protein trafficking including the trafficking of transferrin from early to recycling endosomes, and the membrane trafficking of furin and the lysosomal enzyme cathepsin D between the trans-Golgi network (TGN) and endosomes

Western blot analysis of BAG3 expression in rat heart (A), mouse heart (B) whole cell lysates.

Immunohistochemical analysis of BAG3 staining in human liver formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
