Product Name :CTDSPL polyclonal antibody
Application_all :WB (1/500 - 1/1000), FC (1/10 - 1/50)
Background :CTD small phosphatase-like protein: Recruited by REST to neuronal genes that contain RE-1 elements, leading to neuronal gene silencing in non-neuronal cells (By similarity). Preferentially catalyzes the dephosphorylation of 'Ser-5' within the tandem 7 residue repeats in the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the largest RNA polymerase II subunit POLR2A. Negatively regulates RNA polymerase II transcription, possibly by controlling the transition from initiation/capping to processive transcript elongation
Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes endogenous levels of CTDSPL protein.
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
