Background :Methyl-lysine is a post-translational modification in which one, two or three methyl groups are added to the epsilon-amino group of lysine residues, predominantly on histone proteins. Lysine methylation is a key epigenetic mark that regulates chromatin structure and gene expression, and is written by histone methyltransferases and erased by demethylases.

Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.

Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
