Background :Acetyl lysine is a post-translational modification (PTM) found on histone and non-histone proteins, where an acetyl group is covalently attached to the epsilon-amino group of lysine residues. This modification plays a central role in the regulation of chromatin structure, gene transcription, DNA repair, cell cycle progression and metabolism, and is dynamically controlled by histone acetyltransferases (HATs) and deacetylases (HDACs).

Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.

Purification&Purity :The antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.
