Background :POTEB belongs to the POTE (prostate, ovary, testis, and placenta) ankyrin domain protein family, which is preferentially expressed in prostate, ovary, testis and placenta. POTE proteins contain ankyrin repeat domains and are thought to play roles in cell proliferation and tumor biology, with aberrant expression observed in several cancers.

Product :1mg/ml in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.

Western blot analysis of STAU1 expression in A549 (A), MCF7 (B), K562 (C), mouse liver (D), mouse kidney (E), rat liver (F) whole cell lysates.

Immunohistochemical analysis of STAU1 staining in human tonsil formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. Tyramide-AF488 (green) was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with DAPI (blue).
