Background :Tyrosine nitration of proteins is one of the most important oxidative post-translational modifications in vivo. A major obstacle for its biochemical and physiological studies is the lack of efficient and chemoselective protein tyrosine nitration reagents.

Product :1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Nitro-Tyrosine antibody at 1:1000 dilution.HeLa and C6 cells were treated by Perxynitratefor 1 hours.NIH3T3 cells were treated by Perxynitratefor 3 hours.Jurkat cells were treated by Pervanadate at 37℃ for 30 minutes.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit .
Exposure time: 30s.
