Product Name :HINT1 (N99) polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human,Mouse,Rat
Application_all :IHC:1:50~1:200
Background :Hint1, or histidine triad nucleotide-binding protein 1, belongs to the first branch of the HIT superfamily. It hydrolyzes adenosine 5'-monophosphoramidate substrates such as AMP-morpholidate, AMP-N-alanine methyl ester, AMP-alpha-acetyl lysine methyl ester and AMP-NH2. Hint1 also inhibits the activity of the transcription factors AP1, MITF and USF2, as well as influences the transcription process of the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway. In addition, mammalian Hint1 has been suggested to have some tumor suppressor activity.
Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Hint1 (N99) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of Hint1 protein.
