Background :The Granzyme family of proteins belong to the larger peptidase S1 family.Granzyme H, also designated cytotoxic T-lymphocyte proteinase, cathepsin G-like 2 (CTSGL2) or cytotoxic serine protease C (CSP-C), contains one peptidase S1 domain. Granzyme H localizes to cytoplasmic granules of cytolytic T-lymphocytes and is important for target cell lysis in cell-mediated immune responses.

Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
