Product Name :Dok-6 (G130) polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human,Mouse,Rat
Application_all :IHC: 1:50~1:200
IF: 1:50~1:200
Background :The downstream of kinase family (Dok-1-7) are members of a class of “docking” proteins that include the tyrosine kinase substrates IRS-1 and Cas, which contain multiple tyrosine residues and putative SH2 binding sites. Dok-4, Dok-5 and Dok-6 are more similar to each other than to the other Dok family members, and may constitute a subfamily of the DOK genes. Dok-6 is highly expressed in the developing central nervous system. It associates with Ret to transduce Ret-mediated processes such as axonal projection.
Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Dok-6 (G130) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of Dok-6 protein.
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Name :Docking protein 6; Downstream of tyrosine kinase 6; DOK5L; docking protein 5-like
Immunogen :Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 98-149 of Human Dok-6.
Modification :Unmodification
