Background :CYP2A13 belongs to the cytochrome P450 superfamily. These anzymes are monooxygenases which catalyze several reactions related to drug metabolism and to the synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. CYP2A13 is involved in the metabolism of 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone, a nitrosamine specific to tobacco.

Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
